Semja works with deeply personal information — so we treat it that way. Here's the honest, plain-language version of how it works.
Only what you give us: your test answers and results, notes you write about yourself, and your name and email. Nothing is collected behind your back — no tracking of your life outside Semja.
Your data is stored securely on our hosted backend, protected so that every personal record can only be read by the account that created it. It is never sold or used for advertising.
You — and only you. Your results and notes are private by default. In a shared space, others see only the summary labels you explicitly choose to share, never your detailed scores.
Semja reads only your own records when talking to you, and only consented summaries in shared spaces. It cannot email, export, or publish your data anywhere — and nothing is used to train AI models.
You can view, download the gist of, or permanently delete any part of your data — or your whole account — at any time.
